Are Exhaust tickets considered moving or non moving violations?
howdie yall, may be a dumb question but in new york state are tickets for loud exhausts considered moving or non moving vio’s, also do you get points for them? thanks
non-moving. typically listed a defective equipment. but u better get it fixed cause they’ll add up to big $$. btw, if they consider the car to be ‘too defective’, they wont allow u to renew the plates.
