tx question about probation?
On probation for DWI in Texas, almost ready, all fines paid and tuition all done with only three months left. I have a suspended license and driving home in my wife eight months pregnant, the other day I was having contractions and stopped in a village different from parole. The police did not check if my lic suspended as my wife needed to get home / hospital as soon as possible. I cited two entrances, one for speeding and one for not having a license from me. Will this affect my test because I was in a different city? Does anyone know the laws in Texas?
